PROJECT OVERVIEW: CMP were contracted to undertake various dock and river repairs as part of a prestigious new housing complex.

WORKS DESCRIPTION:

• Install 92 linear metres of sheet piles along the existing riverbanks
• Install 92 metres of concrete capping beam measuring 700 x 600mm upon the sheet piles
• Install timber facing to sheet piled sections
• Place 75 metres of gabion mattressing with coconut growth matting along the river banks
• Refurbish the existing dock and river walls including re-building sections and re-pointing
• Refurbish historic weir
• Install a cofferdam to enable the coring of a 250mm diameter drainage outfall in the dock walls under the water level
• Works undertaken from both pontoons and from the dockside
