PROJECT OVERVIEW: CMP were contracted to install a 450mm diameter 35m long water pipe across the river Frome.

WORKS DESCRIPTION:

• Install temporary sheet piling on both sides of river
• Excavate 3m deep trench across the river
• Assemble the pipe on the river bank then crane pipe into trench
• Backfill trench
• Place concrete matressing over the trench and along the river banks where the sheet piles were removed
