PROJECT OVERVIEW: CMP were contracted to completely dismantle, refurbish and rebuild the Heritage Pier over two phases.

WORKS DESCRIPTION:

• Completely dismantle pier back to bare support piles
• Extract 43 No Gribbled greenheart support piles and replace with new
• Reassemble primary and secondary deck supports using mixture of salvaged and new timber with all new fixings
• New deck fixed to bearers with refurbished handrailing
• The project was completed in two phases with the second phases being awarded to CMP upon successful completion of the first
